1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Tiger Exchange ID or using the Tiger Exchange platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tiger Exchange reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create a Tiger Exchange ID and use our platform. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and that online betting is permitted in your state or jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the legality of online betting in their location.
3. Account Responsibility
Each Tiger Exchange user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your Tiger Exchange ID or password with any other person. Tiger Exchange is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits made to Tiger Exchange must come from payment methods registered in your name. Tiger Exchange processes withdrawals within 30 minutes under normal circumstances. Tiger Exchange reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for accounts under investigation for suspicious activity.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tiger Exchange: creating multiple Tiger Exchange accounts for the same individual, using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity, attempting to manipulate markets or exploit technical vulnerabilities, and providing false information during account registration.
6. Responsible Betting
Tiger Exchange is committed to promoting responsible betting. We encourage all users to set personal deposit and betting limits. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please seek assistance from a certified addiction support organization.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tiger Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to access the platform, including losses resulting from technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
